To begin, make sure your skin is dry and clean before placing the GO on your back. The adhesives will not stick to wet skin.

Then, peel the green patterned cover off the adhesive.

Attach the GO to your upper back. Anywhere on your upper back is ok as long as you can comfortably reach it.
​

Make sure you place the device vertically and NOT horizontally.
