The UPRIGHT GO can be used while sitting, standing, walking or driving. 

Please do not use it while sleeping as it is designed to be worn throughout the day and cannot measure your posture while sleeping. 

Be sure to charge your UPRIGHT GO when you are not using it in order for it to be ready for your next session!
