Q: Can I train more than my daily goal requires?

A: Every person is different, but we recommend training according to your personalized plan. If you want to train longer than your daily goal, try doing two daily goals in a single day. After 1 to 2 days if this feels like the right amount of training then feel free to increase your training incrementally.
