A: First, make sure your back is clean and dry before placing the device on your skin. Use one of the alcohol swabs included with your UPRIGHT device to clean the area. Then, peel off the green backing paper from the adhesive that’s attached to your device. Place the device on your upper back, below the neck and between your shoulder blades. To ensure an accurate reading, you should position the device vertically, rather than horizontally, on your back.
