Feel free to continue training and strengthening your core. Just make sure to take a break, move around and stretch every once in a while.
Once you've completed your training session, we recommend switching to TRACKING mode for at least 1 additional hour. TRACKING mode allows you to measure and monitor your progress over time without the immediate vibration feedback you would get while TRAINING.
Step by step and training session after training session, you will progressively feel yourself growing stronger.
