If you wish to change your password or if you are trying to log in and you forgot your password:
Android users
From the login screen, tap the ‘forgot password’ button below the password field – you will need to connect your UPRIGHT GO to the app to verify your user account. Be sure to turn the device on and pair it when prompted by the ‘forgot password’ wizard.
iOS users
From the login screen, tap the ‘forgot password’ button below the password field. You will be presented with two options:
Reset password by connecting your UPRIGHT GO. If selected, you will need to connect your UPRIGHT GO to the app to verify the user account. Be sure to turn the device on and pair it when prompted by the ‘forgot password’ wizard.
Reset password by email. An email will be sent to the address you provided at registration, asking you to enter a new password.
