If you find that the adhesives for the UPRIGHT GO are not holding the device in place, please watch the following video. It has a number of tips on how to best use the adhesives.
If after watching the video you are still unable to get the most out of your adhesives, please try the following:
If the first adhesive worked for you but the second one was not as effective, it could be that you are applying the wrong side to the device. Ensure that you place the side labeled “This side on your back" on your back and the side labeled "This side on the device” on the device.
If you are sure that you are applying the correct side to your skin, try wiping the area on your back with the provided alcohol pads before applying the adhesives. This should help them stick better.
Moisture and warm weather might also affect the performance of the adhesives. As such, we recommend using the device indoors, preferably in an air-conditioned environment.
