A: Sure! Whenever you’re on the go and feel like training and tracking your posture without dealing with your phone, simply follow these steps:

  1. Turn on your GO 2 by pressing the power button.
  2. Place it on your upper back in between your shoulder blades.
  3. Get into a comfortable upright position without overextending your back.
  4. Calibrate your posture by double-clicking the power button.
  5. You’ll feel two short vibrations once your posture is set.

When you feel like calling it a day, turn off your GO by holding the power button down until you feel a short vibration.
