We’re currently offering the Upright Coach subscription at an early bird discounted rate of $3.99/month (full price is $7.99/month).
Q: How do i cancel my subscription? Can I cancel it at any time?
You can cancel your Upright Coach subscription at any time - once you have cancelled the subscription, your subscription will not renew for additional months and you will stop receiving training reminders related to your training plan.
To cancel your subscription, follow these instructions:
- Go to your email box and locate the original email you received when subscribing to Upright Coach. To do so, search for the subject title “Welcome to Upright Coach”.
- Click on the link “Manage Subscription” located at the bottom of the email.
- Click on “Cancel my subscription”.
You will then receive an email confirmation that your subscription has been cancelled.
Note that you can reactivate your subscription at any time by going into the “Manage Subscription” link and selecting “Activate my subscription”.
Q: Will I be refunded retroactively?
According to our return policy, you can return the device for a refund within 30 days of receiving it. You can check our return policy right here.
The subscription can be canceled at any time - once canceled, you will not be charged for future months, and you will stop receiving Upright Coach communications.
Q: Is there a trial period?
We don’t currently offer a free trial, however we are offering all users to try the subscription at the early-bird rate of $3.99/month.

Q: Do I need a protection plan if I do the subscription?
It is included in the subscription, you do not need to purchase both.
Q: What is the difference between the protection plan to the subscription plan?
The subscription plan includes the extended warranty but also additional features to help reach your posture goals, such as 1:1 coaching calls, a personalized training plan with video workouts, bi-monthly adhesives refills, and more.
Q: Will the price go up after early bird
Yes, the full price will be $7.99/month.
Q: What language is the Coach plan? Comes in other languages?
Upright Coach is currently only supported in English.
Q: How many adhesives come in the refill? How often do you get the refill?
The adhesives refill pack includes 10 reusable adhesives + alcohol cleansing pads. Every 8 weeks you will be able to receive this refill, included with your Coach subscription.
Q: How to access the coach plan?
You’ll receive a weekly email giving you access to your Upright Coach training plan and recommended workout videos.

Q: How do I know if I am a subscriber?
Although Upright Coach is not currently part of the Go 2 app, you’ll receive emails and notifications with your training plan and other subscription features.
Q: What is the difference between the app to the coach plan?
The app is for training with the Go 2 device and tracking your posture. Upright Coach is a subscription add-on which is designed to kick-start your training and set you up with everything needed for long-term success. The subscription should be used as a supplement to your device/app training.
Q: Is the coach plan part of the app? Where can I find the coach plan in the app?
The coach plan is not a part of the app, however you may receive in-app messages in the Go 2 app related to your subscription. To access your training plan, check your inbox for weekly emails giving you access to your video workouts.
Q: I purchased the coach plan as a gift, can I transfer the email to a different email account?
It’s not currently supported - please contact our customer support for assistance.
Q: Is the Coach subscription payment only for 1 month, or will it renew each month?
You will be charged for your Upright Coach subscription automatically every month, starting on the date of your initial purchase.
